Did you see the movie “300”? Remember how insanely
ripped the cast was?
Now
look at the dudes at your gym. Some of them have been
coming here just like you... for months and years, yet they still look
bulky - not much like Spartacus!
Have
you ever wondered...
“How
the hell did the cast of
“300”
get SO friggin shredded?”
The original 300 workut was first dreamed up by former world-class mountaineer and much talked
about exercise guru, Mark Twight to get Gerard Butler
and the rest of the cast of 300 into tip-top condition for the movie.
Twight is best known for running an exclusive Salt Lake City gym called
Gym Jones – a no-frills-allowed establishment without mirrors,
comfortable seating, or air conditioning.
The routine consists of:
- Pullups - 25 reps
- Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. - 50 reps
- Pushups - 50 reps
- 24-inch Box Jumps - 50 reps
- Floor Wipers - 50 reps
- Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
- Pullups - 25 reps
Followed by:
- Pullups - 25 reps
- Dumbbell Deadlift - 50 reps
- Pushups - 50 reps
- Body-Weight Squat Jumps - 50 reps
- V-Ups - 50 reps
- Dumbbell Push Press - 50 reps
- Pullups - 25 reps
Now this is a pretty extreme workout and not recommended unless you are in good shape to begin with.
However if you are just an average guy and looking to get the same results, I found that the Spartan Body Program was a bit easier to follow, gave faster results and it contains everything you need:
- A Complete
workout
routine
for 4 weeks (including sets,
reps, cardio - everything!)
- The guide on how
to burn
extreme
amount of body fat in as
little as 30 days
- Information on how the
“300” cast get their physique and why you
should NOT do exactly what
they did.
But thats only half the story!
When just starting out lifting weights most people hit the gym a lot. I mean they probably go every day for about about a month while checking themselves out in the mirror about twice a day trying to see a change.
When they don't see a huge improvement their visits to the gym simply get more and more infrequent.
So what went wrong?
Simple, they forgot the most important part DIET!
When you start working out you burn more calories, this makes you hungry more often so you eat more! Meaning you get bigger but not leaner!
So what's the solution?
Thats easy! Check out the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer it's like a turbocharger for your workout.
